Work With Me

I have been writing of my love for pickleball on my BePickleballer blog for over 2 years, and my YouTube channel around the same amount of time. The blog generates between 7500-15,000 readers per month, and the YouTube channel gets between 75,000 and 100,000 viewers per month.

Here are my recent YouTube stats:

As such, I have had multiple brands contact me with emails such as the ones below.

Hopefully, my love for pickleball paddles, the best pickleball shoes, balls, and all the pickleball accessories (in addition to my obsession with pickleball materials) has given me a unique perspective when I write reviews.

At first, I was not as interested in working with brands as I have been blessed enough to have the funds to satiate my pickleball obsession and I always want my reviews to be 100% honest and unbiased. This allows my readers to trust my reviews.

I still believe that completely, but I realized I do not get to test nearly as many paddles as I would like to because I don’t have the time to research all the different new paddle brands. In addition, I also realized I don’t have to review every paddle I test.

So, that being said, what does it look like to work with me?

Here’s the process:

  1. Contact me at ben@bepickleballer.com with information about your brand and what products you want me to test.
  2. If I agree, I can provide my shipping address where you can send the products. If I am testing paddles, I generally require a few different paddles to test quality.
  3. If I like the product, I will write a comprehensive review that is 100% free of charge. I may also feature your brand in pickleball videos or in my top paddle or shoes or other accessories list.
    • If I do not want the product, I will keep the product, but I will not write a review about the paddle as I have limited time. I can pass that feedback to you if you are interested.
    • Following this process ensures that my blog’s integrity stays intact and that I do not have to charge for testing products.
  4. Once my review is live, linking the review from your website is the last thing required.

I may continue to iterate this process in the future, but this process appears to be working well with brands thus far. That said, I am always open to feedback.

Thanks for reaching out, and I look forward to connecting with you soon.
