I wrote an article on “What Pickleball Paddles The Top 10 Pros Use“, but I knew I needed to make the exact same article for the top 10 women.
Similar to the men’s list, I am pulling the data from the PPA tour’s top women’s list and researching which paddles each of the players use in tournament.
In my opinion, tournaments are the most important to see what paddles are used because there’s money on the line for the players.
Let’s get started.
1. Anna Leigh Waters
Anna Leigh Waters is the undisputed GOAT of women’s pickleball, so it’s obvious that she has a pickleball paddle names after her.
The paddle that I saw her use from her most recent tournament appears to be the Paddletek Bantam ALW-C 14.3mm Pickleball Paddle.
Voila, you can see below how the paddle below matches the picture from Paddletek’s website.

If you’re interested, you can also see the Anna Leigh Waters pickleball shoes that she wears as I just covered in an article.
2. Catherine Parenteau
In a recent YouTube video, Catherine Parenteau shared her excitement about the Selkirk Project 008.

This information is confirmed on PPA tour’s website that Catherine Pareanteau is using the Selkirk Project 008.
in addition, I have seen Quang Duong brag about the Selkirk Project paddles multiple time, so it makes sense for the world #2 female pickleball paddle player to sport that paddle.
I could not find this paddle on Amazon, but I found it on Selkirk’s website.
3. Racher Rohrabacher
Rachel Rohrabacher has been making waves on the professional pickleball circuit, and her paddle of choice is the Selkirk Halo XL.
This powerful paddle complements her aggressive playing style perfectly, giving her the reach and power needed to dominate on the court.
You can see her wielding this paddle from her win over Anna Bright’s team recently.

4. Anna Bright
Anna Bright is one of pickleball’s “brightest” stars (pun intended), and previous used the JOOLA Anna Bright Scorpeus 3S 14mm Pickleball Paddle, but now uses the new Joola generation IV Anna Bright paddle in 2025 that you can pre-order. If you don’t want to wait, you can get a similar paddle with the Andre Agassi Joola Gen IV on Amazon now.
This custom paddle was designed with Anna’s specific playing style in mind, featuring the perfect balance of power and control that has helped her rise through the ranks. You can see her playing with the paddle in her almost huge upset doubles game against Waters and Johns, taking them to 5 sets.

The paddle’s distinctive design is instantly recognizable when you watch her compete at the highest levels of the sport.
If you would like to check out the generation 3 paddle, you can find it on Amazon below.
5. Tyra Black
Tyra Black has been dominating with her PIKKL Hurricane Pro Pickleball Paddle in recent tournaments.
This paddle’s unique construction gives Tyra the perfect blend of power and finesse that matches her versatile playing style.
You can spot her using this distinctive paddle in all her PPA tour appearances, proving it’s her weapon of choice when competing for those top prizes.
6. Jorja Johnson
Jorja Johnson’s paddle of choice is the Franklin FS Tour Dynasty 16mm Pickleball Paddle. Here’s a picture from her PPA tour profile playing with the paddle.

This premium paddle provides the perfect combination of control and power that complements Jorja’s aggressive playing style.
In her recent tournament appearances, you can clearly see the distinctive Franklin paddle in her hands as she competes against the world’s best. I own a couple of Franklin paddles, and I find that the paddles are decent, but I do not own the paddle that she plays with.
7. Lacy Schneemann
Lacy Schneemann has been spotted using the JOOLA Ben Johns Perseus 3S 16mm Pickleball Paddle in her tournament play.
While this paddle shares a name with men’s pickleball star Ben Johns, Lacy has made it her own with her distinctive playing style and impressive tournament results, specifically her recent epic comeback mixed doubles gold win with Tyson McGuffin against Jessie Irvine and Gabe Tardio.

The paddle’s 16mm thickness gives Lacy the power she needs while maintaining the control that has helped her secure her spot among the top women in the sport.
8. Allyce Jones
Allyce Jones relies on the CRBN 3x 14mm Power Series paddle to maintain her position in the top 10.
This high-performance paddle is recognizable with its sleek carbon fiber face and distinctive design that you can spot whenever Allyce takes the court.
The paddle’s construction perfectly complements her playing style, giving her the edge she needs in competitive tournament play.
9. Tina Pisnik
Tina Pisnik has chosen the ProXR Zane Navratil Signature 14 Pickleball Paddle for her tournament appearances.
This paddle may share a name with men’s player Zane Navratil, but Tina has demonstrated its versatility and effectiveness in women’s competition.
You can clearly see her using this distinctive paddle in her recent PPA tour appearances, where she continues to climb the rankings.
10. Meghan Dizon
Meghan Dizon rounds out the top 10 with her choice of the Proton Series Three Pickleball Paddle – Project Flamingo.
This eye-catching paddle is not just about looks – it provides Meghan with the perfect balance of power and control needed to compete at the highest levels.
The distinctive Project Flamingo design makes it easy to spot when watching Meghan compete in tournaments as she continues to establish herself among pickleball’s elite players.
Should you buy a pickleball paddle that women pros use?
Not necessarily.
Professional player’s paddles tend to be more expensive, and have technology that is difficult for beginner players to handle. For example, the pros may play with a 10-12mm paddle designed for power, while a beginner may find the best beginner paddle that helps them control where the ball goes.
That said, my Ben Johns Hyperion 16mm CFS is still one of my favorite paddles, and now I have over 100 pickleball paddles now.
Conclusion
Top women professional pickleball players play with a variety of paddles from various top brands.
Hopefully, this article allows you to compare what female professionals use to judge whether you want to purchase one of these paddles.
